COMING HOME (reflections from Hawaii!)

Hi from Maui!! In this episode, I share on my first day in Hawaii and a specific Yogic teaching that is so close to my heart. We each have an Inner Being within us that is untouched by suffering. Through our spiritual practice and by exercising the muscle of surrender - we have the opportunity to get swept up in this Divine grace and to have the experience of our Inner Being. Remembering The True Self

Have you ever wondered who the True Self is that Yoga or other spiritual traditions speak of? Who is this part of us? And how do we access it in real time?
