Unshaming Pain, the Art of Surrender, + Men’s Mental Health

Hi beautiful Soul! In today’s episode, I had the honor of interviewing my good friend, Mike McCabe on all things mental health, addiction/recovery, unshaming our pain, praying BIG prayers, and evolving in our relationships.

Mike is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor based in Austin, TX. In this episode, he shares about his path of awakening and rising up into his calling to serve men in recovery from addiction as well as supporting men with having healthy, fulfilling, and longterm intimate relationships.

What are some of biggest challenges that men face on their path of healing and purpose? What are the stigmas surrounding mental health and WHY is it so important to ask for help?
