Hi beautiful soul! In this episode, I share on healing spiritual root cause of addictive behaviors. In my own experience and through supporting many people on their unique path of healing from addiction, I have found that when we have an inner awakening and RETURN to conscious Union with our Source, the deep wounds that keep us in repeating cycles of craving... dissolve.

Buddhism says that the root cause of suffering is craving. In this episode, I bring a fresh perspective on resolving our modern-day crisis of addiction. 

I also weave in stories of following my own personal legend, which led me to Bali for the month of September.
